Indian Commi 1 - Job Description
Location: Oryx Village Restaurant
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking Indian dishes (North & South Indian).
- Support CDP/DCDP in curry, tandoor, and hot section.
- Ensure proper mise en place before service.
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle basic cooking independently under supervision.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in Indian kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Indian gravies, spices, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Positive teamwork and positive attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
