Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, interactive lessons.
- Focus on building basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, activities, and games.

2. Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
- Organize classroom materials and displays to support learning.

3. Student Development
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide extra support where needed.
- Encourage good habits, discipline, and confidence in students.

4. Assessment & Reporting
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
- Maintain records of student performance.
- Prepare report cards and provide feedback to parents.

5. Parent Communication
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings.




- Address concerns in a professional and supportive manner.

6. Co-curricular Activities
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
- Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities.

7. Professional Responsibilities
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Stay updated with contemporary teaching practices.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed preferred).
- Experience in teaching primary or early years students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
