What will you do at Fynd?
- Research organizations to identify current leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Making reports and providing feedback to upper management about what is and is not working on a timely basis. Coordinating & working in sync with the sales team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Driving sales across locations and optimization of leads to bookings funnel
- Ensuring process and policy adherence across the Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets
- Improving customer communication and sales pitch

- Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets
