What You'll Do:
- Build and manage customer segments on Klaviyo, working with customer data to target the right audience for each campaign
- Test campaigns thoroughly before they go live
- Work closely with the Marketing team on a daily basis

What We're Looking For:
- Basic design skills, enough to work confidently in Figma with existing templates
- Comfort working with customer data,



segmentation, and targeting
- Willingness to use AI tools like Claude.AI and Gemini as part of your daily workflow
- Solid attention to detail, especially when it comes to testing, QA, and accuracy
- An analytical mindset:you should be comfortable reading dashboards, tracking KPIs, and reporting on what's working
- A mindset aligned with our values: doing things the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
- Interest in music and audio gear is a plus, you'll be writing for passionate listeners
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
