Audience Profile
Participants are from a small organization based in Pune and Mumbai.
They range from entry-level employees to professionals with up to 5 years of experience across Operations, Sales, Support, Supply Chain, Admin, and Supervisory roles.

Expect mixed skill levels, practical questions and real business constraints.

Role Expectations
- Deliver instructor-led modules (2-5 hours each)
- Drive learning through activities, live Excel demonstrations, guided practice, and problem-solving
- Connect ChatGPT prompts directly to real Excel use cases
- Manage skepticism around AI usage responsibly
- Follow structured session design and learning objectives
- Share concise post-session feedback with the program coordinator

Mandatory Fit Criteria




- Hands-on experience using ChatGPT (or similar AI tools) to build, troubleshoot, or optimize Excel sheets
- Prior experience facilitating practical corporate training
- Robust facilitation skills (discussion-led, interactive, not lecture-based)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into business language
- Comfortable managing mixed-experience groups
- Willingness to work within defined structure and outcomes
- Open to traveling to the venue (Assisted/Reimbursed)

Preferred Advantage
- Experience training SME or corporate teams
- Exposure to AI productivity workflows
- Ability to customize contextual examples without drifting from learning goals

Compensation
₹1,200 - ₹1,500 per hour
