What You’ll Learn & Do
- Understand the end-to-end car hauling process, from vehicle pickup to final delivery
- Coordinate with drivers, transport partners, and internal teams
- Track vehicle movement and update shipment status
- Handle basic documentation related to vehicle transport
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding timelines and updates
- Ensure vehicles are handled according to safety and compliance standards
