Role Description

Performance Marketer (3 Years Experience)

Office Location - Pune (Balewadi)

FULL TIME OFFICE BASED ROLE

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive real results through paid campaigns and scale brands effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads (Bing).:




- Handle marketplace ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Improve performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversions.:
- Run A/B tests, audience targeting, and campaign optimizations.
- Analyze data and take actionable decisions to scale campaigns.

Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Google, and Microsoft Ads platforms.:
- Experience with e-commerce and marketplace advertising.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on execution skills.

Pay: ₹12,214.18 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
