Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or backend operations for US clients
- Provide accurate information and skilled support as per process guidelines
- Maintain high-quality communication standards
- Update customer records and system data accurately
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, and performance targets
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers are welcome:
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in US night shifts:
- Basic computer and system knowledge

- 5 days working (as per process requirements)
