About the Role

We are hiring a Post-Sales Support Executive to manage customer relationships after order confirmation. This role focuses on follow-ups, issue handling, and service coordination for our international clients. You will be responsible for managing complex customer interactions, handling escalations with professionalism,



and ensuring concerns are addressed through structured follow-ups and transparent communication. The role requires maturity, patience, and the ability to navigate complicated conversations while protecting both customer relationships and company standards. This is a formal, process-driven position that involves ownership, accountability, and consistent feedback management to ensure quality and long-term client satisfaction.
