Karigari by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi is a growing restaurant chain known for its authentic flavors and vibrant dining experience. We are expanding and looking for a dynamic Project Supervisor to manage restaurant interior projects and ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Job Summary:
The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing restaurant interior fit-out projects, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant interior design and fit-out projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and brand guidelines
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and timelines
- Handle material selection and procurement coordination
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Control project costs and prevent budget overruns
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (restaurant/hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of interior decoration materials and finishing work
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Valuable vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel across project locations
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail fit-out projects
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project budgeting
- Understanding of MEP coordination
