We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team and manage the recruitment of doctors and medical professionals for Australian employers.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit General Practitioners and medical professionals locally and internationally
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian healthcare employers
- Work closely with Business Development and migration partners

Skills & Experience

Essential
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or skilled recruitment:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ethical recruitment approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing startup

Desirable
- Experience recruiting doctors, GPs, nurses, or allied health professionals:




- Exposure to international recruitment:
- Understanding of the Australian healthcare system:
- Knowledge of AHPRA registration pathways
