Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other domestic marketplaces.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, and descriptions.
- Update inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer queries on seller panels.
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports in Excel.
- Perform general computer and data entry tasks as required.
- Coordinate with courier partners for smooth dispatch.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Ability to work from office in Chembur, Mumbai.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
