Responsibilities:
- Book loads with brokers and customers
- Track and trace shipments
- Coordinate with drivers for pickup and delivery
- Ensure timely updates and smooth operations
- Communicate with US-based clients
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as an OTR Dispatcher
- Previous experience with a US-based logistics company
- Strong knowledge of load booking and track & trace
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Comfortable with work from office
