Job Role Overview

This role is very important for business growth and requires strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and B2B platforms
- Understand customer requirements (fabric, GSM, sizes, colors, quantity, customization)
- Share product details, pricing, and quotations clearly
- Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team after order confirmation
- Update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Build long-term relationships and encourage repeat orders
- Maintain professional communication at all times





Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication (mandatory)
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in handling B2B customers
- Good negotiation and persuasion ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset

Qualification
- Any degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or apparel industry is an advantage

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
