Key Responsibilities:
Quality Inspections & Testing
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to verify quality and compliance.
- Conduct physical checks/tests on materials and products based on quality standards.
- Use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, checklists) where applicable.
- Record inspection results and defects accurately.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality control records and test results.
- Report non-conforming items and suggest corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports as per procedures.

Process & Compliance
- Ensure production follows established quality procedures and safety protocols.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate closely with production and engineering teams.
- Follow company and departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation




- Diploma in Mechanical / Engineering / Quality discipline (preferred).

Experience
- Freshers with relevant training or 0-2 years experience in QC/manufacturing (varies by employer).
- Some roles seek 2+ years experience & ability to work rotating shifts.

Skills
- Good attention to detail and observational skills.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge for records or systems (often required).
- Ability to use measuring instruments and follow standard procedures.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
