Job Summary

Care4Elder Services Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring Franchise Retail Executives to expand and manage its franchise network across South Bengal. The role involves franchise onboarding, partner management, local business development, and ensuring brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage new franchise partners
- Support and grow existing franchise relationships
- Drive revenue by selling Care4Elder service packages
- Conduct local marketing, promotional activities, and awareness programs
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise training, operations, and support




- Ensure franchise adherence to company policies and brand guidelines
- Track performance and provide regular field reports

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Freshers are also eligible)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
