Ground staff (or ground crew) are essential airport personnel responsible for passenger service, safety, and effective flight operations before and after flights. Key duties include check-in, boarding, baggage handling, assisting special needs passengers, selling tickets, and managing gate operations. They work in shifts, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Passenger Service: Greeting, check-in, boarding passengers, and handling ticketing/reservations.
- Baggage Management: Tagging, loading, and unloading luggage, and handling lost or damaged baggage complaints.
- Safety and Security: Ensuring compliance with security, conducting checks, and managing emergency situations.
- Ramp and Cabin Services: Guiding aircraft to parking bays, catering, cleaning, and sanitizing the aircraft.




- Special Assistance: Assisting passengers with disabilities, elderly passengers, and unaccompanied minors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; a degree in aviation or hospitality is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication in English and local languages.
- Attributes: Customer-oriented, well-groomed, and capable of working under pressure in shifts.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency for handling booking systems.

Pay: ₹14,821.64 - ₹36,599.95 per month
