Role Summary

The Executive - Operations will be responsible for supporting and managing production planning, manpower tracking, and operational performance at ABI, Mallepally (Sangareddy). The role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, productive utilization of resources, and timely operational insights to enable data-driven decision-making. The position requires close coordination with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Planning & Production Support
- Track production plans versus actual performance and highlight variances.
- Monitor capacity utilization, line efficiency, and production output.
- Support production planning through data analysis and historical trend evaluation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

2. Manpower & Productivity Tracking




- Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, shift allocation, and overtime.
- Prepare productivity and efficiency reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Production teams for manpower planning and optimization.
- Track absenteeism trends and recommend workforce balancing measures.
- Ensure optimal manpower utilization across shifts.

3. Operations Reporting &
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of operational reports to management.
- Analyze operational KPIs and provide insights for performance improvement.

4. People Management & Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and HR teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication for smooth operational execution.
- Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
