Bus Bar Operator - Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate bus bar bending, cutting, punching, and drilling machines (manual / hydraulic / CNC as applicable).
- Read and understand bus bar drawings, GA layouts, and fabrication schedules.
- Fabricate copper and aluminium bus bars as per approved drawings and required dimensions.
- Perform accurate bending angles, hole alignment, and edge finishing to avoid sharp edges and burrs.
- Carry out bus bar insulation using heat shrink sleeves, epoxy coating, PVC sleeves, or insulating sheets.
- Ensure proper phase identification, color coding, and labeling of bus bars.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy, spacing, and clearances as per IS / IEC standards.
- Inspect bus bars for surface defects, cracks, or damage before installation.
- Support bus bar assembly and installation inside LT / HT panels.




- Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and machine operating guidelines.
- Coordinate with panel assembly, quality, and testing teams to meet production targets.

Preferred Skills / Experience:
- Hands-on experience in bus bar fabrication for LT / HT panels.
- Knowledge of copper & aluminium bus bar standards and current ratings.
- Familiarity with bus bar machines and tools.
- Ability to work as per drawings and production schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
