Role Overview

The Principal will act as the academic and administrative head of the institution,



responsible for leading all aspects of academic excellence, regulatory compliance, clinical training, research development, and institutional growth, in alignment with RGUHS norms and future accreditation goals.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited for individuals who are passionate about building institutions, not just managing them.

Leadership & Vision
- Drive the 5-year strategic vision of transforming HIPT into a state-of-the-art institute
- Build a culture of excellence, discipline, innovation, and accountability
- Position the institution for rankings, recognition, and academic distinction

Academic & Regulatory Excellence
- Ensure strict compliance with RGUHS, State Government, and statutory bodies
- Oversee curriculum delivery, academic planning, and student performance
- Lead preparations for NAAC accreditation and other quality benchmarks
