Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits across departments (billing, pharmacy, stores, HR, finance, operations)
- Review and evaluate internal control systems and processes:
- Ensure compliance with:
- Hospital policies
- Statutory regulations
- Accreditation standards (NABH)
- Audit patient billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle processes:
- Identify risks, process gaps, and control weaknesses
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Perform inventory and pharmacy audits:
- Verify procurement processes and vendor payments
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Follow up on audit observations and closure status

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com)
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) - preferred
- Certification in Internal Audit (CIA) - added advantage
