Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms with vendors.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with site/project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/site teams to avoid shortages.
- Verify bills and coordinate with the accounts department for payment processing.
- Ensure materials meet required quality standards and project specifications.
- Track market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.




- Robust knowledge of construction materials and vendor markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
