Responsibilities:
- Visit residential areas, societies, and commercial sites to identify potential customers
- Approach customers confidently and introduce company services
- Generate leads by collecting customer details (name, number, location)
- Understand basic customer requirements and share correct information
- Maintain good relationship with local people and build contacts
- Do regular follow-up with interested customers
- Coordinate with senior/sales team for site visits and deal closure
- Maintain daily report of visits, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and weekly targets given by the company
- Represent company in a professional manner during field visits

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)




- Comfortable with full-day field work (outdoor job)
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Confident in talking to current people and handling rejection
- Basic knowledge of smartphone (calling, WhatsApp, taking photos, sharing location)
- Ability to travel in local areas (Anand and nearby villages)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Punctual and disciplined in daily reporting
- Previous field sales or marketing experience is an advantage (not compulsory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,191.13 - ₹12,140.98 per month
