Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, accessibility, and building regulations.
- Oversee project execution, timelines, and quality control.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sense of aesthetics and spatial design.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and ergonomics.




- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Work Setting

Interior Designers may work independently, as part of a design firm, or within corporate real estate teams. The role involves site visits, client meetings, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
