Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hospitality-driven Intern - Property Manager (Guest Relations) to assist in managing guest experiences and supporting daily property operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury hospitality, customer experience, and operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Relations
- Handle guest inquiries before, during, and after their stay
- Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high guest satisfaction and positive reviews

Operations Support




- Assist with booking management and calendar updates
- Support property listing optimization
- Maintain communication between guests and property owners

What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or completed degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business
- Strong communication(English) and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle guests professionally
