Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Above Mr. D.I.Y. Showroom, MG Road Camp, Pune

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for IT training courses
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Generate and optimize leads for training programs
- Handle social media marketing including content planning, posting, and engagement
- Coordinate with designers/content teams for creatives and campaign materials
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve website visibility
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
- Share leads with the counseling/sales team and support conversions




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performanceRequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital MarketingProven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Social Media AdsHands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Good communication and content-writing skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business SuiteAbility to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets
