Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Database Administration (NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Solr / SolrCloud.
- Deep understanding of indexing, search relevance, and full-text search.
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
- Knowledge of ZooKeeper, JVM tuning, and memory management.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Strong SQL and query optimization skills.

Soft Skills
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibility
- Administer, monitor, and optimize RDBMS, MongoDB (NoSQL),



and Apache Solr/SolrCloud environments
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, backup, replication, and disaster recovery
- Manage MongoDB collections, indexing, sharding, and Solr schema, indexing, and search relevance
- Implement data security, access control, and compliance best practices across data platforms
- Automate operations, monitor system health, and provide L2/L3 production support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
