Oversee the development and integration of high-fidelity 3D models to ensure they are fabrication-ready (LOD 400). Lead the multidisciplinary coordination process to eliminate site rework and support off-site manufacturing.
- Fabrication Coordination: Audit and integrate trade-specific models (MEP/Structural) into a single federated model, ensuring they contain exact geometry for manufacturing.
- Advanced Clash Management: Use Navisworks Manage to run weekly clash tests, chair coordination meetings with sub-contractors, and track issue resolution to 100% completion.
- Governance & BEP: Enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards. Administer the CDE (BIM 360/ACC), managing permissions, model versioning, and information exchange.
- Deliverable Validation:



Validate that models meet LOD 400 requirements for dimensions, material data, and connectivity prior to the generation of shop and spool drawings.
- As-Built Integration: Coordinate with site teams to capture redlines and field changes to progress models toward LOD 500 for digital handover.

Technical Requirements:
- Software: Expert in Revit (A/S/MEP), Navisworks Manage, and ACC/BIM 360.
- Domain: Deep understanding of MEP systems, constructability, and installation sequencing.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
