Role Overview:
A Shadow Staff / Personal Assistant works closely with the executive to understand daily workflows and provide comprehensive support. This includes managing schedules, communications, travel, events, administrative tasks, and confidential information.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Education: Graduate

Skills Required:
Ability to drive a car.

Solid organizational and multitasking skills

Professional communication skills

Salary: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month

Other Requirements:
Must be available for business travel and personal errands.

Assistance in personal projects, family functions, and other personal follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars,



appointments, correspondence, and meetings.

Task & Project Management: Track tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and coordinate with relevant teams.

Communication Management: Draft, proofread, and manage professional communications.

Information Management: Organize documents, maintain records, and provide necessary research or data.

Event & Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, organize events, and support business trips.

Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Operational Support: Assist with ongoing projects and support decision-making with relevant information.
