Role Objective

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting leads for domestic and international travel packages and stand-alone services. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong destination knowledge, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare customized quotations and follow up to close bookings.

2. Product Selling
- Sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Promote stand-alone services such as hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and activities.
- Upsell premium services to increase booking value.

3. Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless booking execution.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.

4. Sales Reporting & Target Achievement
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Track performance metrics and improve conversion rates.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in travel sales (Domestic & International mandatory).

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Indian and international destinations.
- Experience in package selling and service-based sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C or luxury travel sales.
- Knowledge of visa processes and international documentation.
- Familiarity with travel sales software.
