Position: Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Growth)

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive who will focus on generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and improving overall marketing ROI. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid ads and a strong analytical mindset. It is not a field sales role — the focus is on digital campaigns, cost optimization, and funnel performance.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and online portals.
- Monitor and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL) and cost per qualified lead within assigned budgets.
- Improve lead quality and reduce spam/junk leads.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.




- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM/Sheets and share weekly performance reports.
- Run retargeting and nurturing campaigns for warm/old leads.
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.

Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months - 2 years in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads is mandatory.
- Understanding of CPL, ROAS, and campaign performance metrics.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and marketing funnels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
