Key Responsibilities:
- Reply to buyer queries in proper English
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams
- Handle order details, fabric specifications, and sampling follow-ups
- Maintain records of orders, approvals, and dispatch status
- Share updates with buyers regarding production and shipment
- Understand basic têxtile terms (fabric types, GSM, blends, processes, etc.)
- Support documentation related to orders and dispatch
Required Skills:
- Positive written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of têxtiles and fabrics
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Preferred:
- Experience in têxtile/garment market merchandising
- Buyer handling experience
Pay: ₹14,582.61 - ₹20,000.00 per month
