Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intune Administrator to manage and support enterprise device management across Windows and macOS platforms. The role involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining Intune policies, ensuring compliance, and providing seamless end-user experiences.
Device Enrollment & Management
Policy & Configuration
- Create and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Configure conditional access and endpoint protection policies.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor device health, compliance, and security posture.
- Troubleshoot Intune-related issues for Windows and Mac users.
- Integrate Intune with monitoring tools (e.g., Azure AD,
Defender for Endpoint).
- Security & Compliance
- Enforce encryption (BitLocker for Windows, FileVault for Mac).
- Manage patching and OS updates.
- Ensure adherence to organizational security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with IT teams, security, and end-user support.
- Maintain documentation for Intune processes, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and guidance to support teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for both Windows and macOS.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and MDM/MAM concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager/DEP.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, FileVault, Defender).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
