Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided scripts and contact lists.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a qualified and timely manner.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system/database.
- Follow up on leads and cultivate positive customer relationships to foster long-term connections.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call quality standards.
