Training Delivery: Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, personality development, body language, and skilled etiquette.
- Interview Preparation: Guide students on resume building, mock interviews, and group discussions (GD).
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging lesson plans and training materials suitable for students.
- Mentorship: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and boost their confidence.
- Technical Context: Use your background in IT (BCA/MCA) to help students understand how to communicate effectively in technical environments (e.g., explaining code, client interaction).

Required Qualifications
- Education: Must hold a PGDCA, BCA, MCA,MA, BA or an equivalent technical degree.:
- Experience: [0-2 Years] of experience in teaching or training is preferred. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Language: Fluency in English (Written and Verbal) Knowledge of [Local Language] is a plus.
