Supervise and manage daily production activities in accordance with production plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and maintenance teams.
- Handle batch manufacturing records (BMR) and ensure proper documentation.
- Train and guide production staff, operators, and technicians.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
- Participate in audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance readiness.
