Role Requirements:
- Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions, including Interactive and Paginated Reports.
- Build efficient and scalable semantic models using DAX and Power BI best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize data models, report performance, and visualizations across dashboards and reports.
- Oversee the distribution and management of Power BI reports and apps.
- Guide and mentor BI developers and analysts.
- Strong hands-on experience in semantic modeling and report distribution (mandatory).
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M),



and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Expertise in Power BI Apps and Subscriptions.
- Experience with Energetic Row-Level Security (RLS), Field Parameters, and Calculation Groups.
- Hands-on experience with Dataflows (Gen1 and Gen2) and Deployment Pipelines.
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of Lakehouse architecture, Medallion Architecture, Data Warehousing, and OneLake.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
