Update and maintain customer database in CRM
- Track leads, enquiries, site visits & bookings
- Assign leads to sales team and monitor follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, complaints & escalations
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Accounts teams
- Monitor payment follow-ups & documentation status
- Maintain booking forms, agreements & KYC records
- Generate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports
- Ensure CRM data hygiene & duplication control
- Support campaign tracking & lead conversion analysis
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2yrs of exp in CRM / Customer Relations
- Must have real estate experience
- Knowledge in CRM software (Zoho / Salesforce etc.)
- Strong communication (Tamil & English)
- Good Excel & reporting skills
- Detail-oriented & organized
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
