Job Duties:
- Supervise substation works including erection, installation, and commissioning support
- Oversee underground and overhead cable laying activities including trenching, laying, jointing, and termination
- Ensure all work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth execution
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain reports (DPR)
- Ensure quality control of materials and installation work
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays
- Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance at site
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and local authorities when required
- Willingness to travel to project sites as per requirement

Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1+ year experience in substation or cable laying projects




- Knowledge of HT/LT cable systems, routing, and installation practices
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and site execution
- Solid team handling and coordination skills
- Ability to manage site work under deadlines
- Good communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
