Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor all site safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks (TBT) and safety briefings.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions immediately.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE at all times.
- Inspect tools, machinery, scaffolding, and work areas for safety compliance.
- Maintain site safety documentation and daily inspection reports.
- Assist in incident/accident investigation and prepare safety reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors regarding safety observations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and company policies.
- Conduct safety awareness and training sessions for workers.
- Handle emergency response procedures when required.
