About the Position:
The Project Coordinator - CSR Programs will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of social impact projects at the district and grassroots level. The role requires solid coordination with government stakeholders, nonprofit partners, and local communities to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Design & Implementation
- Contribute towards designing social interventions and strategy development.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to define project processes, implementation strategies, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop SOPs, operational guidelines, and project modules to ensure flawless execution.
2. Government & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with government departments at district, block, and village levels for project implementation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Maintain effective working relationships with local authorities and officials.
3. Partner & Community Engagement
- Coordinate with nonprofit partners and social enterprises for on-ground implementation.
- Work closely with local communities and beneficiaries to ensure project success.
