We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate who can operate in high-growth, high-velocity startup mode.

Role Overview

This role works directly with the Founder to:
- Drive execution
- Maintain strategic alignment
- Manage priorities
- Coordinate ecosystem relationships
- Ensure speed and clarity in decision-making

This is a high ownership role not an assistant role.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Strategic Execution (Core - 40%)
- Translate founder vision into actionable execution plans
- Track progress across product, events, partnerships, sponsorships
- Prepare strategy briefs, market research, competitor insights
- Create structured reports for decision-making
- Monitor KPIs and execution dashboards





2️ Event & Ecosystem Management (ZOZO Focus - 20%)
- Coordinate roadshows across cities
- Manage speaker communication & investor follow-ups
- Handle sponsor communication and benefit tracking
- Ensure event timelines are executed flawlessly

3️ Founder Operations (20%)
- Manage founder calendar & priority stack
- Prepare meeting briefs before important meetings
- Maintain CRM-level tracking of key relationships
- Follow-up discipline across strategic conversations

4️ Product & Growth Coordination (10%)
- Work with tech/product team on launch timelines
- Track Zozo Dot / Zozo Buddy growth metrics
- Research recent feature feasibility
- Coordinate beta users & feedback loops

5️ ServerCake (10% Strategic Oversight)
- Assist in strategic initiatives (premium positioning / partnerships)
- Support CEO-level communications
- Prepare summary dashboards
- Assist in investor documentation when required
