Job Title: Merchandiser
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order execution
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Maintain product quality standards and conduct regular inspections
- Handle sampling, approvals, and documentation processes
- Track inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Analyze market trends and suggest product improvements
- Resolve production or supply chain issues efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Textile, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in merchandising (preferably in têxtile/garment industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills




- Good knowledge of fabrics, production processes, and quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Surat têxtile or apparel industry
- Familiarity with export/import documentation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
