Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet metal components.
- Ensure quality control in cutting, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
- Implement and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 systems.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents, SOPs, and records.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure calibration of measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and safety teams for compliance.

Required Skills:




- Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Experience in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 documentation and audits.
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred
- Experience in handling external audits.
- Exposure to shop-floor quality control activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
