Content Script Writer (Short-Form & Long-Form Video)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Script Writer who can craft engaging scripts for short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, ) and long-form YouTube content (8-20 minutes).

You should understand audience psychology, retention strategies, and how to write for spoken delivery — not blog-style content. The role pertains majorly for shorts but 3-4 scripts long form scripts as well

Responsibilities

Short-Form Content (30-60 sec)
- Write scroll-stopping hooks (first 3 seconds matter)
- Structure high-retention scripts
- Use pattern interrupts and punchy pacing
- Deliver clear, concise messaging
- Include effective CTAs

Long-Form Content (8-20 minutes)
- Develop compelling hooks and strong intros




- Build curiosity loops to increase watch time
- Conduct research (if required)
- Structure content for high audience retention
- Write in a natural, conversational tone
- Collaborate with editors/creators for flow optimization

Requirements:
- Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube, Reels,
- Robust understanding of storytelling and retention tactics
- Ability to match brand voice and tone
- Research and fact-checking skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹11,823.25 - ₹33,518.77 per month
