. Key Responsibilities (What they will do):
- Business Development: Proactively reach out to corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners to book room stays, conferences, and parties.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong database of existing clients and ensure repeat bookings through excellent service.
- Site Inspections: Conduct qualified tours of the resort and restaurant facilities for potential clients (weddings, corporate groups).
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for room occupancy and F&B; (Food & Beverage) sales.
- Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team to promote seasonal packages, holiday offers, and restaurant events.

Contracting: Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and finalize contracts for group bookings
- Lead Generation: Use Instagram, Facebook, and Google inquiries to find new guests.
- Package Creation: Design attractive "Stay + Meal" or "Day Outing" packages for families and corporates.
- Event Coordination:



Work closely with the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams to ensure that the event promised to the client is delivered perfectly.
- Guest Feedback: Meet guests during their stay/meal to ensure they are happy (this leads to repeat bookings and five-star reviews).

Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on what nearby resorts are charging and suggest better deals for our property

Required Skills (What they must know):
- Communication: Fluent in English and Local Language (Marathi/Hindi) for clear client interaction.
- Negotiation: Ability to close deals while maintaining the resort's profit margins.
- Networking: Strong connections with local businesses, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Technical: Knowledge of HMS (Hotel Management System) software and CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Marketing.

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience specifically in a Resort, Hotel, or fine-dine Restaurant environment.
