Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Demand Generation Specialist. The role includes generating and nurturing leads through various marketing channels, analyzing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the success of marketing automation initiatives. Collaboration with sales teams, developing targeted campaigns,



and enhancing customer engagement strategies will be core aspects of the role. The role requires a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities for the organization.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and alignment with marketing efforts
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
