Robust leadership skills to lead CNC department.
- Supervise and manage CNC machines used in têxtile component manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth operation, programming support, and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Monitor production output, machine efficiency, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Analyze machine performance and suggest improvements for productivity and cost reduction.
- Maintain production reports, machine logs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and workplace discipline standards in the CNC department.
- Train and guide operators and technicians on machine handling and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean practices) in the department.




- Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in têxtile industry operations.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CNC programming basics and machine operations.
- Understanding of têxtile machinery components and fabrication processes.
- Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
- Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and maintenance coordination.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and manufacturing processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹52,729.91 per month
