We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Office Assistant who can support the sales team by managing leads, coordinating with clients, and actively generating leads through calling and basic marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads through calling data, WhatsApp, and basic marketing activities:
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel or records
- Call potential customers and explain company services
- Coordinate with field sales team for follow-ups and site visits
- Schedule client meetings and manage appointments
- Support in preparing quotations and basic documents
- Track daily sales activities and maintain reports
- Regular follow-up with new and existing leads
- Assist in smooth communication between team and clients

Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream):




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling)
- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, basic English)
- Comfortable in calling and customer handling
- Ability to generate leads through phone and online sources
- Valuable organization and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctual and disciplined in daily work
- Previous experience in sales coordination or telecalling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,580.00 - ₹12,200.00 per month
