Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage shop-floor manpower:
- Allocate workers as per production requirement
- Ensure smooth production flow in the wire plant
- Maintain discipline and attendance of workers
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
- Ensure safety rules are followed on the shop floor
- Report daily production and manpower status to seniors
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 12th Pass/Graduate Pass
- Experience: Fresher can apply
- Willing to work in 12-hour shifts
